While the Gotcha may be a fun thing - stick with the Poke Ball Plus folks. Whaa? They never asked, but I was willing to mail the whole thing to the UK (I'm in the States) to get it fixed, but they don't care. After several back and forth emails through their system, and after several times of them asking me the same question over-and-over again (questions I had already answered), they "informed" me that without a receipt, they would not be able to help me.

In fact, I'm concerned that the Codejunkies customer support has been infiltrated by unhelpful space-aliens, or muppets, with little understanding of how to keep their customer base happy. Unfortunately, this meant I needed to work with "customer service" people at the corporate office when trying to get it fixed/replaced. My sister purchased this device for me as a birthday gift and didn't retain the receipt.
I contacted Codejunkies Customer Service to help me resolve the issue. The other day, it simply stopped working. I received a Gotcha as a gift, and it worked well for ~2 months. So to sum up: I placed my order the 23rd of December and today the 25th of February I still havent received a Gotcha I can use. That is now 15 days ago and I haven´t heard from them at all.It is very difficult to recommend this company to anyone. How do we proceed? That message I wrote to Codejunkies multiple times via emails, created multiple tickets, added on to previous tickets and nothing helps! It is impossible to get any response from this company! So I post here!!! UPDATE: I finally got through to ScreenJunkies after multiple tickets and they gave me the information to return the Gotcha which I did and asked for a replacement. There is something wrong with it and I would like to return it and either be refunded or receive a new one. CodeJunkies accounts are FREE to register.

I have tried multiple chargers and it does not work! I already have one that works fine and that I can connect with both iPhone and android but the new one I couldn't connect with android. Unless you have created a CodeJunkies account to buy a product from CodeJunkies, it is unlikely that you will have one and so will need to create a account with CodeJunkies. ORDER NUMBER CJ339216 I bought a Gotcha and I have tried everything I can not make it work! It worked when I received it but when it ran out of power I haven't been able to charge it.
